  They did a good job with my cat years ago, so we sent our beloved dog there. I called over a week later to find out what the status was because we really just wanted him home, the lady was rude on the phone when I asked the status of our pup, then hung up on me in the middle of talking. Wont use them again.

  I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the people! They made a very traumatic time in my life a lot easier to deal with because of their kindness and support.
  My service dog Dalton went to Rainbow Bridge on November 4, 2016. We brought home to be close to us with the wonderful help of Heavenly Acres. Thank you for everything!

  I few years ago my 6 year old Newfoundland died at home in my garage I phoned Heavenly Acres to come out and pick her up and have a private cremation. I helped the worker load the 176lb dog into a casket that was way to small for the dog and we carried her out of the garage and loaded it in the back of the pickup truck. I went to pick up the dogs ashes the lady said oh yea I know all about your dog the helper fell down a flight of steps carrying your dog out. There wasn't a single step. She said he missed 2 days of work because of it. I said he was lying but she defended him. Then she game me the ashes in a small box there was now way those were my dogs ashes it was about the amount of a Toy Poodle. The dog weighed 176 lbs I have my mothers ashes and she weighed 80 lbs when she died and there is 5 times more ashes than my dog. Needless to say I wasn't happy and it still bothers me today years later. I hate being cheated and lied to. .

  I am so happy that this company did my beloved dog Diesels cremation. Diesel had cancer and was gone very quickly and abruptly. I was and still am heartbroken but I am healing. When I received my remains back their was a touching note included with his ashes which were placed in a lovely hand carved wooden box, I also received a clay paw print I didn't know I was getting and it made me cry tears of joy. The amount of thought these people put into making the passing of your pet easier is incredible. Thank you for your work and service. Your dedication and support is appreciated in so many ways.
